 Jane Powell began taking art lessons privately at age 6 and continued on throughout her career in Mortgage Banking in Chicago and on to her second career as shopkeeper of Random Arts in Saluda, NC - A Creative space hidden away in the mountains of western North Carolina. Her byline for shop says it all " assorted goods for creative mindfulness". She teaches classes regularly in collage, rubber stamping, assemblage, bookmaking, soldering, painting & more in her shop & at art guilds & centers throughout the southeast. She also stays in touch with her creative customers by taking her shop on the road at various creative venues in Georgia, Virginia, North & South Carolina & Florida. |
