    A minimum of four registered for this workshop to take place.

    This is an all inclusive experience with you in mind. We know that life often gets in the way of the moments we all wish we would take for ourselves.  This wellness retreat will allow you to take a few days to reconnect with yourself and develop, or reconfigure, your personal wellness routine.  Through daily guided meditations, yoga, aromatherapy, movement, grounding exercises and healthy meals we will give you all you need to relax and unwind.  

    The experience is sure to be both relaxing and invigorating and you will be able to walk away with tangible tools for your health and reaching your full potential.

    Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

    Bios 

     

    Dr. Damon Silas is a Clinical Psychologist, Consulting Hypnotist, EFT Practitioner, Mind-Body Wellness Coach, Author and Speaker.  He is the co-founder of Tipping Point Wellness, which creates custom programs for people and organizations desiring to make powerful and holistic changes to and for themselves.  Tipping Point Wellness utilizes a combination of mental and nutritional health in a fun, playful, yet deeply impactful way.  Dr. Silas specializes in loss, grief, trauma and PTSD.  He also specializes in working with males, the marginalized and traumatized.  Dr. Silas is the author of the book entitled From Mourning To Knight: Overcoming Loss, chronicling the losses he has experienced in his life, how he has worked through these losses, and how he has helped his patients through their own struggles and difficulties.  He also has authored a follow-up eBook entitled What’s Your ACTION Plan?  6 Powerful Ways To Get Unstuck In Your Life Now, which details ways to help those who feel stuck in their lives take their next steps forward.   He is the creator and host of the podcast entitled “From Mourning To Action: Powerfully Working Through Loss,” out on iTunes now.  This podcast is all about giving hope to people as they cope through their grief and losses.    

     

     

     

     

    Chef Tim Meadows has almost 20 years in the food industry, from humble beginnings of working in a small deli to waiting tables in Huntington, WV, Washington, DC, and even the Charlotte, NC area.  The art that goes into preparing and serving food to others is truly a passion of his.  Beginning in 2011, he attended the Culinary program at The Art Institute of Washington where he studied International Cuisine and Baking. Afterwards, Chef Tim began cooking professionally and is now a private chef, serving the Lake Norman area in North Carolina.  He is also one-half of Tipping Point Wellness, which creates custom programs for people and organizations desiring to make powerful and holistic changes to and for themselves.  Tipping Point Wellness utilizes a combination of mental and nutritional health in a fun, playful, yet deeply impactful way.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Purchased class spots are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend, and the workshop is sold out, please email kelli@donnadowney.com to be put in contact with the first person on the waiting list. From there, the payment must be worked out between both parties. If there is no waiting list, we are unfortunately unable to provide any refund or credit.
