By its very nature, art retreats are a vehicle to bring people together for a shared experience. While our hope is that we will be able to continue to provide these experiences for our artist community over the coming weeks, we are mindful that many external factors are creating an ever-changing environment. We want you, our valued friends and customers, to know what actions and plans are in place here at Donna Downey Studios and how we will keep you informed about our operations.

The health and safety of our artist community is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring this situation and taking the following measures:

  • Working closely with our teaching artists to make sound and informed decisions that will be in the best interest for our customers.
  • Increasing cleaning services including a deep clean in our studio space.
  • Encouraging our teaching artists and customers to take the recommended precautions to prevent the spread of illness. More information at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention.html
  • Strongly encouraging anyone who is not feeling well to stay at home.  We will figure out a way to get you to the studio when you are healthy!

We will continue to provide our standard of excellent customer service to our artist community along with putting these extra precautions in place. Currently our art retreats  are proceeding as scheduled. We will be in direct contact with our customers regarding any changes to our retreats.  Information will also be communicated on our website at donnadowney.com and on social media.
