It is the gorgeous depth of colors, the ageless beauty of its architecture, and the soft golden light that touches us all…everything and everyone are simply sun kissed.  Inspirations/techniques each morning, art journals – Italian style, small watercolors, pencil sketching, creating unique collage papers, and painting with acrylics.

Mixed-Media Cruise to the Caribbean

March 21-28, 2021

Sail Away on a Mixed-Media Art cruise based on the Get Loose, Stay Loose creative process of renowned artist Donna Downey. While at sea, Donna will teach her dynamic 3-step creative process translating subject matter into collage and paint, then enhancing with mixed-media details. We will explore florals, still life and figurative while using design and value to develop our pieces of art. Classes and limitless open studio time will be held in our own private conference room that will be exclusively ours for the duration of the cruise. Class days will be held on our days at sea from 10-4 (Monday, Tuesday and Saturday) and Happy Hour will begin at 4. (who are we kidding? Happy Hour never ends!!)
